MARGARET RIVER NATURAL SPRING WATER - REFUND POLICY

Upon receiving your products, we encourage you to promptly check them. If you find any defects in your products at the time of delivery, you are entitled to request a replacement or refund from us within a 7-day period after delivery.

We understand that the quality of a bottle of water can only be judged upon tasting.

Therefore, if you detect an issue, we request you to limit your consumption to a taste-test. For carton purchases, we can accept returns only if no more than two bottles have been opened. In case of a 15L container, please retain at least half of the water for our testing. We will investigate the issue thoroughly to identify the cause.

As Margaret River Natural Spring Water is sourced directly from the aquifer, natural variations in taste can occur due to seasonal changes and fluctuations in the underground water source. These variations are normal and expected, and we may not accept returns based solely on minor changes in taste.

Please include your personal details, invoice number or delivery date, along with a brief explanation of the issue for our reference. We maintain detailed records of our production metrics as part of our Quality Assurance initiative, enabling us to trace any product back to its origins and investigate potential issues.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
Sorry, we do not do exchanges.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
