SHIPPING POLICY
General
Once your payment is through, we'll get your product to you on the promised date. If we haven't given a date, we'll work one out with you.
Our delivery window is between 7am and 6pm. We can't make appointments or guarantee exact times. If that's tricky for you, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Sometimes, things out of our control can affect delivery. If that happens, we'll be in touch to organise a new delivery time. We'll get your water bottles to you as soon as possible.
We'l send your order to the address you provided online. Need to change the delivery address? Drop us an email.
For larger orders, we might partner with another company to help with delivery. If there are any freight costs, we'll tell you upfront.
To get a wholesale order delivered next week, place it by noon on the preceding Friday. This goes for all customers, near or far.
Home Delivery
Please note that we may not be able to deliver if:
- The road or driveway to your home is in bad shape, posing a risk to our vehicle.
- Overgrown trees or vegetation block your driveway or the road leading to it, or a fallen tree has cut off access.
- The road to your house or delivery area is a gravel road and is more than two kilometres long.
- Your house, road or driveway isn't clearly marked.
- There isn't a safe space to place the product or the space is difficult to get to.
- Payment for the product hasn't been made.
- There are too many unreturned bottles outstanding.
- The empty bottles aren't left out for collection or are left in an unsafe or inappropriate place for the delivery driver to collect.
- The delivery staff need to navigate rough or hazardous terrain to make the delivery, posing a risk of injury.
- Aggressive animals are present at the property, posing a potential safety risk to our delivery staff.
- You live in a gated community, or your house or driveway has a locked gate and you are not home at the time of delivery.
- There is no safe parking spot available for our delivery vehicle.
Empty Bottle Collection
We use our 15L bottles over and over again. Once empty, we pick them up, clean them thoroughly, refill them, cap them and send them back out. We ask you to help us, yourself and others by keeping your empty bottles safe and clean until we collect them. The longer we can use each bottle, the less waste we create and the fewer new materials we need. It's a small consideration that has a big effect on the wellbeing of ourselves and the earth.
If you don't stick to the rules, we might have to cancel your order and charge you for a new bottle (check out our terms and conditions for more).
Here's some handy info on looking after your bottle and how to return it:
- The Margaret River Natural Spring Water Co. always remains the bottle owner. If you stop your water deliveries, give us a heads up so we can pick up the empty bottles. Not returning the bottles will result in a replacement charge.
- Do your best to keep those empty bottles clean. If we receive a bottle that needs extra cleaning, we might have to charge a replacement fee.
- Bottles are for water, not for door-stopping, weight-lifting, or play. Misuse can lead to breakage, damaging the bottle or even you.
- Please keep the bottles free of any foreign substances. This means no tap, rain, dam or any other type of water as well.
- If bottles are purposely damaged, we'll need to charge a replacement fee.
- Remember to leave your empty containers where they can be easily collected on your delivery day. Missing bottles might lead to an extra charge.
- Bottles can break from age or accident, it happens. No fees for that, but do drop us an email.
- Don't sweat it if you've got a bottle or two left over when your next order shows up. Just set out whatever empties you've got. We've got a tally on your bottles, so there's no need for you to keep count.
